1. Who we are and what these terms cover
"We", "us" and "our" mean Revo, operated by Simeon Chorbadzhiyski at the address above. "You" means the person using our website or buying from us.
These terms apply to every purchase you make from us and to your use of our website, together with our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds policy and our Privacy Policy, which form part of them. Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the technical platform; your contract of sale is with us, not with Shopify.
We sell to consumers. If you are buying in the course of a business, say so before ordering — several sections below apply differently.
Contract language: these terms and your contract with us are available in English. The version you complete your order in is the version that governs.
2. How a contract is formed
Displaying products on our website is an invitation to order, not a binding offer.
You place an order by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout. Before you confirm, you can review your order and correct any input errors using your browser's back function or by editing your cart. Clicking the order button places a binding order.
We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email. That acknowledgement is not yet acceptance. A contract comes into being when we send you a separate dispatch confirmation, or when we dispatch the goods, whichever happens first.
We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was displayed incorrectly, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we decline, we will tell you promptly and refund any payment taken in full.
We store the text of your contract and send it to you with your order confirmation. Please keep it. We do not otherwise make concluded contracts accessible to you.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are those displayed at the time you place your order and are confirmed in your order confirmation. Prices shown to consumers include VAT where VAT applies. Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm your order.
We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.
Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you select.
4. Delivery, delivery time and risk
We deliver to the countries listed at checkout.
Unless we state otherwise, we dispatch within the timeframe shown on the product page and in any event within 30 days of the contract being formed. If we cannot deliver within that period, you may set us a reasonable further deadline and, if we miss it, cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Delivery times we quote are estimates. We are not responsible for delay caused by circumstances outside our control, but this does not affect your right to cancel as described above.
Risk. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are physically delivered to you, or to a carrier you nominated yourself. Until then, loss or damage in transit is ours to resolve. Tell us as soon as you reasonably can if a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive.
5. Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The full conditions, the process, and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits that right.
6. Conformity of goods and the legal guarantee
The goods we supply must match their description, be fit for their normal purpose, and be of the quality you can reasonably expect.
You have a two-year statutory guarantee against lack of conformity, running from delivery. Within that period you can require us to repair or replace the goods free of charge, including postage. If repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate, or we fail to complete it within a reasonable time, you can claim a price reduction or withdraw from the contract and be refunded.
We do not exclude or limit this guarantee, and any attempt to do so would be void.
Where a manufacturer offers a commercial guarantee in addition, its terms are set out with the product. Such a guarantee sits alongside your statutory rights and does not replace them.
7. Product descriptions and appearance
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and finish may look different on your screen depending on your device and its settings, and minor variation of that kind is not a defect.
This does not affect section 6. If what arrives does not match what we described, that is a lack of conformity and your rights under section 6 apply.
We may change or discontinue products, and may limit quantities, at any time. This does not affect orders already placed.
8. Our liability
We are liable without limitation:
- for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence;
- for injury to life, body or health;
- under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz);
- where we have given an express guarantee; and
- where liability cannot be excluded by law.
For slight negligence, we are liable only where we breach an obligation essential to the purpose of the contract, and then only for damage that was foreseeable and typical for this kind of contract.
We exclude liability beyond that. Nothing in this section limits your rights under section 6.
9. Product safety
Our products are electrical personal-care devices. Please read the instructions supplied with them and use them only as intended. Keep them away from children and do not use a device with a damaged cable, housing or blade.
If you believe a product we sold you is unsafe, stop using it and contact us immediately at simeon.biz.co@gmail.com.
10. Your account and the information you give us
You must be 18 or older to order from us. If you are under 18, you may only use our website with the consent of a parent or guardian, and any order requires their agreement.
Please give us accurate billing, delivery and contact details, and keep them up to date — we cannot deliver to an address we don't have. Keep your account credentials to yourself. You may not sell, transfer or license your account to anyone else.
11. Acceptable use of our website
Please use our website lawfully. In particular, do not:
- use it for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of applicable law;
- infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's;
- harass, abuse, defame or threaten us or any other person;
- transmit false or misleading information, or impersonate anyone;
- upload viruses or malicious code, or interfere with the site's operation or security;
- send unsolicited advertising or spam through the site;
- collect or track other people's personal data;
- scrape, extract or systematically copy the site or its content; or
- bypass security measures, access restrictions or robot exclusion headers.
If you seriously or repeatedly breach this section we may suspend or close your account. Where we do, we will tell you why, and it does not affect orders already placed or your rights under section 6.
12. Automated agents
This section applies if you use, enable or cause the deployment of an Agent to interact with our website. "Agent" means software or a service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of a person, without direct supervision.
An Agent may interact with our website only if it identifies itself and complies with the requirements below at all times, and only if we have not asked it to stop. We may limit, including by technical means, whether and how any Agent interacts with our website.
Agents must:
- identify themselves in every HTTP/HTTPS request by including
Agent/[agent name]in the user agent string; - not conceal that the interaction is automated, whether by mimicking human behaviour or by completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs or similar measures;
- answer truthfully any prompt asking whether the interaction is human or automated; and
- not circumvent any measure intended to block, limit or control automated access.
13. Reviews and other content you send us
If you send us a review, suggestion, photograph or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our store and its promotion, for as long as we operate the store. You keep ownership of it, and you can ask us to stop displaying it.
You confirm that the content is yours to give, that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights, and that you have disclosed any payment or incentive you received for it. We are not obliged to publish, keep confidential, pay for or respond to anything you send.
We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, obscene, defamatory or infringing.
14. Intellectual property
The text, images, graphics, video, design and arrangement of our website, and our name and logo, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by German and European copyright and trademark law. Shopify's name and logo are Shopify's trademarks. Other marks belong to their owners.
You may use our website for your own personal purposes. Please don't reproduce, redistribute, modify or republish our content commercially without our written permission. Your statutory rights to quote, cite and make private copies are unaffected.
15. Third-party tools and links
Our website may give you access to tools provided by third parties, and may link to third-party sites. We don't control these and provide access to them as they are. If you use them, do so on the third party's terms, and take up any complaint about their products or services with them.
We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party sites you choose to visit. This does not affect our liability under section 8.
16. Our relationship with Shopify
Our store runs on Shopify. Your purchase is a contract with us alone. Shopify is not a party to it and is not responsible for the products we sell, though this does not affect any rights you may have against Shopify as a platform operator under applicable law.
17. Data protection
How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify processes data about your use of the site; its own privacy terms apply to that processing.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that governs that order — changes never apply retroactively to contracts already concluded.
We will publish the current version on this page with the date it was last updated.
19. Governing law and where disputes are heard
German law applies. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country wherever it gives you more than German law does — you lose nothing by buying from Germany.
If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings against us in the courts of your own country of residence or in Germany. We may bring proceedings against you only in the courts of your country of residence.
20. Complaints and dispute resolution

We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not currently do so.
For cross-border purchases within the EU, the European Consumer Centre network offers free advice and assistance. Consumers in Bulgaria may also contact the Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите).
21. If part of these terms doesn't hold
If any provision of these terms turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. The invalid provision is replaced by the statutory rule it should have followed.
Our failure to enforce a term on one occasion doesn't waive it.
You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. We may transfer ours where doing so does not reduce your protection.
